School Overview
Paliparan III Elementary School is a public institution which carries out a curriculum that anchors on the fundamentals of K to 12 basic education. It composes of one hundred twenty-two personnel working under the management of school principal with the mission, vision and core statement as guiding principles.

We dream of Filipinos who passionately love their country and whose values and competencies enable them to realize their full potential and contribute meaningfully to building the nation. As a learner-centered public institution, the Department of Education continuously improves itself to better serve its stakeholders.
Mission
To protect and promote the right of every Filipino to quality, equitable, culture-based, and complete basic education where: Students learn in a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment. Teachers facilitate learning and constantly nurture every learner. Administrators and staff, as stewards of the institution, ensure an enabling and supportive environment for effective learning to happen. Family, community, and other stakeholders are actively engaged and share responsibility for developing life-long learners.

The School Learning Community shares responsibility to inculcate the values and develop the necessary competencies deemed necessary and desirable to ensure a lifelong learning to our learners. As an organization, we constantly seek to be better and do not stop learning and researching to ensure our learners a child-friendly, gender-sensitive, safe, and motivating environment. And as a learner-centered institution, the school wants our pupils to improve themselves and realize their dreams maximizing their skills and talents, not for selfish gain, but to contribute to building a nation every Filipino deserves.
